Refund policy

Refunds and Cancellations. Your purchase is final and nonrefundable. 

All products are one-time transactions that cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Quarterly Subscriptions renew each quarter and can be canceled by contacting us at hello@knowledgecrates.com or by logging  into your account. Cancelation requests must be received no later than the 10th of the month prior to the next release date. Requests made after the first will result in shipment of that season's crate and cancelation will be applied at that time for all future crates. 

Exchanges: We do not accept any Product exchanges. If the Product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), Knowledge Crates / Endless Mountain Learning Center, INC., will provide a replacement product if the original (damaged) product is photographed and provided by you and received by Knowledge Crates / Endless Mountain Learning Center, INC., at hello@knowledgecrates.com within 30 days of original shipment date. If it is found that damages present at no fault to the customer, we will replace the items at no additional charge. In the event that Knowledge Crates / Endless Mountain Learning Center, INC., is unable to provide a replacement Product, Knowledge Crates / Endless Mountain Learning Center, INC., may at its sole discretion elect to refund the credit card used for purchase in the original amount of the purchase. If a replacement Product is issued, we cannot guarantee that the replacement Product will contain exactly the contents or will have the same theme as the originally shipped Product.

Currently, we ship to the U.S., only.
